Drove to my house to see why my car wouldnt charge. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint against them and any other entity that deals with a company breaking consumer law MY CAR AND WAS BACKING OUT! HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I SAID NO! I think he was trying to sell me lemon!! I was there for 4.5 to 5 hours just to get a runaround and for them to play massive games with me. Oh and then Devon kept trying to push the Malibu on me EVEN WHEN I GOT INTO Are you kidding me? I have some negative equity with my current car, but it's just over $1000. The finance manager said there was another bank but they wanted $4000 for a down-payment.for a used 2019 Toyota Corolla. Apparently they didn't want to count uber as income.even though last week I averaged $24/hr. He then finally calls me up to talk to the finance manager who calls the bank who apparently stated they could do it only to then be told that they couldn't do it because I don't have enough "qualified money" in my account. He then goes back upstairs and for all I know is up there for the longest time. He then goes upstairs to get me financed and then comes downstairs to let me know everything looks good and has me CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO SWITCH TO THE COROLLA. The only thing it had wrong with was some minor cosmetic damage on the rear passenger door which I was willing to overlook if they could work with on the down-payment. ![]() After I put my foot down and said no, he finally shows me a Toyota Coralla which I fell in love with instantly. ![]() Rather than listening to me, Devon initially showed a full size Chevrolet Malibu which already had a flat tire.even though he said it had new ones.and a Kia Soul which had a 100% deflated tire and seriously needed a new brake job. I told him I needed a compact vehicle because I felt unsafe driving anything bigger. He looked at my current car which is in good condition. When I get there, I told him what kind of car was looking for. I told him realistically speaking I could only scrounge together $500 in a short amount of time, and he said he could make something work.i told him I was interested in a Toyota. Maggie initially responded, but then I got switched over to Devon because Maggie was too busy with other people, so right away I was passed around like a hot potato.ĭevon stated they were willing to pay off my current auto loan which only has a little over $3000 and asked me how much I could put down as a down-payment. I found this place out on TrueCar through the Uber Driver platform and made an inquiry. How this unprofessional xxxxshow of a dealership has a 4.4 rating is is beyond me. ![]()
